HOW DOES THIS WORK ?
It's simple. After joining our membership club, you select a list of the DVD's you want from our website. These movies are stored on your "My Rental Lineup" page that is tied to your account. As soon as you join, we send the first three movies on your list to you via first class mail. If a movie is not available immediately, we will send the next movie in your q that are available. You can have up to three movies out at any given time. As you return movies, new movies from your list are automatically mailed out to you. There is no limit on the amount of movies you can put on your list or how many you can view in a month. No deadlines, no late fees.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST ?
The basic plan allows you to have up to three movies at any given time for a membership fee of $18.95 a month.

WHAT KIND OF MOVIES DO YOU HAVE ?
We stock movies from all the top production companies. New releases and additional titles are being added every week. Because we are continuously purchasing movies, membership feedback plays an important role in our selection. Members may put in requests for new titles and submit their request on the "Wish List" page. Although we can't guarantee that every title will be added to our inventory, we estimate that most member requests will be added within a 30 day period. You can browse our site to view movies by category, performer, or production company.

HOW LONG CAN I KEEP THE MOVIES ?
You can keep your movies for as long as you are a member. There is no time limit and no late fees.

HOW WILL I BE CHARGED ?
When you sign up on our secure site, your credit card will be charged. In subsequent months, it will be billed on the the anniversary date that your membership began. For example, if you sign up on the 10th of the month, your card will be debited each month on the 10th for as long as your membership remains active.

WHAT WILL SHOW UP ON MY CREDIT CARD STATEMENT ?
The name that will show up on your credit card is PLATYPUS Auction Services. There will be no reference to DVD Don or our web site on the statement.

WILL THE SHIPPING ENVELOPES MENTION DVD DON ?
No, these will not have our name, logo, or any other identifying information on the outside of the envelope.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY MOVIES ?
In most cases, movies will arrive in 2-4 days. We ship First Class Mail.

HOW DO I SELECT THE MOVIES I WANT ?
Once you've signed up, you can begin browsing our movie collection. Click, "Add Title" under any movie you chose and it will be added to your Rental Lineup. You can view the movies in your rental listing at any time by clicking on the link "My Rental Lineup" at the top of the page.

WHAT IF I WANT A MOVIE NOT LISTED ON YOUR SITE ?
Then ask for it ! We cannot guarantee that every movie will be purchased, but most will be added to our inventory within 30 days or less. Go to the "Wish List" link at the top of the page and tell us which title you would like. You can also use this form to communicate with us on which categories or performers you would like to see more of.

WHAT IF I WANT TO CANCEL ?
You can chose to cancel at any time. Monthly fees are NOT prorated however, so you will want to notify us prior to your next monthly anniversary date to avoid the next month's charges to your credit card. After you notify us of your intent to cancel, you will have 7 days to return any movies still in your possession. PLEASE NOTE: If, after 7 days, you have not returned the movies, your account will be charged for these movies at our standard rate of $24.90 per movie.

ARE THERE SOME AREAS THAT YOU WILL NOT SHIP TO ?
Yes, we do not ship to Alabama or Tennessee. Also there are specific communities throughout the country that we will not ship to. The following is a list of zip codes that we cannot ship to: Florida 32300-32399, 32500-32599 Oklahoma City, OK 731xx Newport News, VA 236xx Fairview Heights, IL 62208 Belleville, IL 62220, 62221, 62222, 62223, 62226 Southern, OH 450xx-459xx Mississippi 386xx-397xx Utah 840xx-841xx 843xx-847xx Montana 591xx North Carolina 282xx .

HOW WILL I KNOW THE STATUS OF MY RENTALS ?
A confirmation email will be sent each time we ship a new title. Please keep this in mind when specifying your email address. If you share your computer or email address with others, you may want to set up private or separate account address for this service.

WILL MY NAME AND INFORMATION BE KEPT CONFIDENTIAL ?
This is something we feel very strongly about. We do not make your name, email address, mailing address or IP address available to ANYONE. EVER. PERIOD. We will not even use your mailing address or telephone number for our own marketing purposes. The only method we will ever use to contact you is through the email address that you approve for that purpose. If you do not want us to email you with updates or special offers, you may indicate this at time of sign up. Along the same lines, we do not sell advertising on our site to anyone that uses pop up or "pop under" advertisements. For more details, please review our privacy policy.
